Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and VANTAGE POINT BLOGGING SERVICES, Oud Metha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Foxfind”, “we”, “us”), which operates Foxfind at foxfind.net. They apply when you create an account or use the service. If you use Foxfind for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm that you may do so; “you” then means the company. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
In short: Foxfind finds businesses, checks that they fit and sends emails from your own mailbox. You decide whom to email and what to say, so you are the sender of those emails and responsible for them being lawful. Business-to-business outreach only, no spam, and we may pause sending to protect recipients, your mailboxes and the service.
1. The service
Foxfind lets you describe the businesses you want to reach, finds them through Google Maps, reads their websites for a contact email, uses AI to judge whether each one fits and to help write emails, and sends email sequences from mailboxes you connect, stopping when someone replies. You can also import your own lists and, if you connect your own Apollo account, look up decision-makers there. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if a change takes away something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- Foxfind is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
- You can invite team members. You are responsible for what happens in your account, for your team members' use of it and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us at once at info@foxfind.net if you think your account has been misused.
3. You are the sender
Every email sent through Foxfind is sent from a mailbox you connect, to recipients you choose or approve, with content you write or approve (including text the AI drafts for you). For the purposes of anti-spam and marketing laws, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, you are the sole “sender” and “initiator” of those emails, and Foxfind only provides the software. You are solely responsible for:
- your campaigns, their content and your recipient lists, including imported lists;
- complying with every law that applies to your outreach, wherever your recipients are, such as anti-spam, marketing, privacy and data protection laws (for example the UAE's laws, the EU and UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and CAN-SPAM);
- having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and honouring opt-outs promptly. Foxfind adds an opt-out and suppresses addresses that unsubscribe or bounce, and you must not work around that;
- identifying yourself truthfully, and including a valid physical postal address in your emails where a law requires one. Foxfind doesn't add it for you: add your address in Settings and use it in your emails (
{{business_address}}).
Foxfind doesn't review your emails for legal compliance, and nothing in the product, including its templates, checks and warnings, is legal advice.
4. Your mailboxes
When you connect a mailbox, you confirm that you are allowed to use it this way, and you authorise Foxfind to sign in to it to send your emails, copy them to your Sent folder and read new mail so a reply or bounce stops a sequence. Foxfind never deletes your mail or marks it as read. Your email provider's own terms and sending limits apply to your mailbox. Providers may limit or suspend a mailbox, for example after bounces or complaints; that is between you and the provider, and we're not responsible for it.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Foxfind only for lawful business-to-business outreach. You must not:
- email consumers, or personal email addresses, unless the law where they live allows it and you have the required consent or other lawful basis;
- send anything false or misleading, including in the sender name, subject line or about who you are, or impersonate anyone;
- send phishing, malware, scams, or content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes illegal goods or services;
- use lists you have no right to use, such as harvested, purchased or rented lists where the law forbids them;
- email someone again after they opted out, or try to get around Foxfind's opt-out, suppression, sending limits, warm-up or safety pauses;
- use the service to send bulk or high-volume email unrelated to finding and contacting business prospects;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute data from the service, or let anyone outside your team use your account;
- probe, overload or attack the service, reverse engineer it, or access other customers' data.
6. Safety pauses, suspension and limits
To protect recipients, your mailboxes and the service, Foxfind pauses sending automatically in some cases, for example when a mailbox's bounce rate is too high, after a spam complaint, or when your provider blocks the mailbox. We may also pause or suspend an account, an agent or a mailbox, or stop all sending on the platform, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, there is a risk to others or to the service, or the law requires it. Where we can, we'll tell you why and how to fix it. Suspension stops sending, searching and AI work; it doesn't delete your data.
Each plan includes a number of companies researched a month (a company counts once a month, when its website is read or the AI judges it) and a number of mailboxes. Each mailbox also has a daily sending limit that starts low and rises gradually. Usage beyond a limit waits until the next month or a plan change.
7. Plans and billing
- Trial. Free, with no end date, limited to 100 companies a month and one mailbox. Every email waits for your approval before it is sent.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, at the price shown in the app when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes. They renew automatically each month until cancelled. We never see or store your full card details.
- Changing plan. An upgrade starts at once and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the month; a downgrade starts at once and the unused part becomes credit for future invoices.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan and billing. Your plan continues until the end of the paid month and then returns to the trial's limits; agents on autopilot go back to review. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, your active agents are paused until it is paid; nothing is deleted.
- Price changes. We may change prices. A new price applies to an existing subscription only after at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
8. AI features
Foxfind uses AI to judge whether businesses fit, write opening lines or whole emails from the facts you provide, suggest targeting and answer your questions. AI can be wrong. Review what it produces, especially in review mode; once you approve emails or switch an agent to autopilot, what is sent is your responsibility as the sender.
9. Your data
You keep all rights to the content and data you put into Foxfind. You give us permission to use it only to provide, secure and support the service for you. For personal data about the people you contact, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy; if you need a data processing agreement, email info@foxfind.net. Ask us for a copy of your data at any time; when you close your account we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
We may use anonymous, aggregated figures (for example average bounce rates across the platform) to run and improve the service. A permanently bounced address is added to a list shared across customers, without anything else about you, so no one emails a dead address again.
10. Third-party services
Foxfind relies on other services, including Google Maps Platform, Stripe, Clerk, Anthropic, your email provider and, if you connect it, Apollo. Business listings come from Google Maps; by using Foxfind you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, and you must not copy or store Google Maps content outside Foxfind. If you connect Apollo, your own Apollo account and its terms apply. We aren't responsible for third-party services and their outages, but we choose them carefully.
11. Our service
Foxfind, including its software, design and content, belongs to us. These terms give you a right to use it while your account is in good standing; they don't transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. No guarantees
We work hard to keep Foxfind reliable and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the businesses or contact details it finds are complete or correct, or about results such as inbox placement, replies, meetings or sales.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims related to Foxfind is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.
14. Claims about your emails
You will defend and compensate us against claims, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by others that arise from your emails, your lists and content, your use of connected mailboxes, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Foxfind and close your account at any time by cancelling any paid plan and emailing info@foxfind.net. We may end these terms or close an account with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious or repeated breach, such as spam or the acceptable use rules in section 5. Sections 3, 9 and 12 to 17 continue after the agreement ends.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply, unless a change is needed sooner by law or to stop abuse. If you keep using Foxfind after a change applies, the new terms apply to you; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
17. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply there. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based gives you a right to bring a claim in your own country. Before going to court, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Foxfind. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part straight away doesn't mean we give it up. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it to a company that takes over Foxfind. We may send you notices by email to your account's address or in the app.
