Questions

What is a credit?: 1 credit = 1 lead: a local business where Foxfind finds a verified email, counted once however many emails it is sent. Searching Google Maps, checking websites and companies with no email are on us, and your own lists (CSV imports) use no credits.
What counts as an email?: Emails a month count every email your agents send and every new email you write in the CRM. Replies never count. When they run out, no new company is started until next month; follow-ups to companies already started still go out.
Can I bring my own list?: Yes. Import a CSV into an agent: every company gets the same email finding, fit check and sequence, and uses no credits. Only the emails you send count.
Do unused emails or credits roll over?: No. They reset on the 1st of each month, also on yearly plans. Credit packs last 60 days.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Any time, in the app. An upgrade starts at once and you pay the difference; a downgrade starts at once and the unused part comes off your next invoices. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period, then you are back on the free trial. Nothing is deleted.
Do you limit how many mailboxes I connect?: Paid plans include unlimited mailboxes. Each mailbox has its own safe daily limit that rises slowly while it warms up, to protect your domain.
